Take the pressure off nursery bills

We help employers form workplace nursery partnerships with nurseries across the UK.

Same dough,
more bread

By forming workplace nursery partnerships with nurseries, your employees can benefit from the tax exemption offered by the workplace nursery scheme. This means they can salary sacrifice their nursery costs out of their gross pay, meaning more of their salary is theirs to keep.

Wait, how does that work?Plus

Right now, your employee probably pays for their nursery bill out of their take home pay, or net salary, after they’ve paid tax and national insurance. This means that, if their gross salary is £ per year, and your nursery fees are £ per month, your take home pay is roughly £0 after you've paid your nursery bill.

With Gogeta, your nursery still charges the same amount and your pay stays the same. The difference is you’re paying your nursery bill directly out of your gross salary, before you get taxed.

That means your take home pay (after your nursery bill has been paid) is £0, saving you £0 every single month.

To run the workplace nursery scheme, Gogeta Nursery charges a platform fee, which is added to the amount you salary sacrifice every month. When you apply for Gogeta Nursery, you’ll get a full breakdown of the savings, the platform fee and the amount you’ll salary sacrifice every month. All the savings shown in our calculators are inclusive of this fee, so the savings shown are the real savings you will experience.

What is a workplace nursery partnership?Plus

A workplace nursery partnership is where employers group together to form partnerships with nurseries. By doing so, they are able to offer employees access to employer supported childcare that benefits from the tax exemption set out at section 318 of the Income Tax (Earnings and Pensions) Act 2003. The conditions for these partnerships are detailed at Condition C of s.318 ITEPA. Gogeta enables employers and nurseries to meet these conditions.
