How Gogeta delivers reliable workplace nursery partnerships

Gogeta runs workplace nursery partnerships through a defined employer, employee, payroll and nursery process. We publish the evidence we can substantiate, explain how the service is managed after launch, and update this page as our independently verifiable evidence grows.

Gogeta is a UK salary sacrifice benefits provider, trading as Velomatch Limited. We are ISO 27001 certified and a certified B Corp. Gogeta Nursery is cost neutral for employers and operates under the employer-supported childcare exemption in section 318 ITEPA 2003.

How the service works, stage by stage

  1. Employer onboarding

The employer signs up online. Employees have access to over 100 registered nurseries, and Gogeta can bring their chosen nursery on board. Employees can be saving by their next nursery bill date. There is no minimum number of employees.

  2. Employee application and eligibility

Employees apply in the Gogeta portal and see a full breakdown of their saving, the platform fee and the monthly sacrifice amount before they commit.

HR teams can review the application before approving to ensure the salary sacrifice does not breach National Minimum Wage.

Employees can pause the benefit if they go on maternity or paternity leave and their pay reduces.

  3. Payroll reporting

Employers receive a consolidated report aligned to their payroll cut-off date. This is provided as a CSV file and can be downloaded from the employer portal at any time.

  4. Nursery partnership administration

We register the employee’s chosen nursery if it is not already in our network, and facilitate the termly funding allocation process the partnership requires.

Participating nurseries receive an employer contribution of 12.5% of the parent’s fees.

  5. Changes after launch

Parents upload the nursery bill for payment, which triggers the salary sacrifice deduction for the payroll report. If the nursery fee changes, this is reflected automatically in the payroll report.

  6. Support and escalation

Employees and employers can self-serve, and a person is available when needed.

About our public reviews

Gogeta’s public review profile is still small. We do not treat it as sufficient evidence of service performance at scale, so this page focuses on the operating evidence and customer outcomes we can document.
